Weight going down slowly but surely! Did the stairs at work several times today. Up and down.. All 27 of them each way! Legs are feeling it tonight but a good hurt... Been doing leg lifts and arm stretches. Can't do squats yet but will keep aiming for that! Lower back not strong so have to be careful yet. Have a great tomorrow!!
205.0 lb Lost so far: 9.0 lb.    Still to go: 6.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Squats are all leg work, make sure you stick your bum out and keep your back straight. No need to go all the way down. Just getting out of bed or sitting down on chairs are squats. And you can do them?! :)
