My peoples - Please tell me how you make egg whites edible - Please don't tell me add salsa. It is so hard to find salsa without the dreaded cilantro. Don't get me started. Yeah I know cilantro is good for you but it, and my taste buds, are mortal enemies!!

Kathy if you like spicy maybe Frank's red hot or Siracha. You might consider making your own salsa too. I like cilantro but I know that for some people it tastes like soap 🙁

I mix 1 quart egg whites with one dozen eggs. One yolk per omelet apx.

There are a lot of High Fat Low Carb types on this community, who will steer you toward low carb, not low fat eating. If you are on a low fat diet, the advice will be not what you are expecting. We're all liking the high fat foods and diet results!

Make oyako donburi- sautee chicken with sliced onions, add egg whites with a little bit of soysauce, mirin, and sake. Pour egg whites mixture on top of the chicken and onions, cook gently. Eat over rice, if you are low carb, just eat!

I actually like to chop up a little sirloin, no fat, cook it in a skillet, add egg whites with fajita seasoning. Lots if protein, no sugar, no carbs, low fat. Trust me, I've never been so bored with eggs and this was a treat. If you could add cheddar, probably better. :)

Dice some fresh tomato, onion and green pepper, make your own salsa type fixin's and dump em in there. Egg white are very bland, so mix them up with things that you like the taste of. Spinach and kale are two very good items along with mushrooms, cheese (of course) I would use egg whites kind of like Tofu, use it as a base and add stuff you actually want LOL!

Check out the frittata recipe on the egg beaters site too. Looks good! Taking off on what smarty said earlier I also like eg mcmuffin type things without the muffin for me. Egg whites, cheese and meat. Lots of both high and low fat cheese and meat options to choose from.

I am not anti LCHF but my body doesn't seem to be able to access fuel for my workouts as well as a program with my carbohydrates.

When I'm doing a higher carb day I will pulverise my oatmeal into dust and then mix in my egg whites and cook it like a pancake- they always come out perfect and you can put whatever on top that fits your macros so it can be sweet or savoury. I usually mix powdered greens into the batter and have with a tablespoon of almond butter.

Kathy - I keep remembering things! If you have access to Trader Joes they have an excellent Bruschetta Sauce. It's excellent on egg whites and you can sprinkle a little shredded cheese on the top if you'd like. I know a few other brands make Bruschetta but I haven't tried them.

You might also want to try the Mrs. Dash seasonings. I use the Table Blend variety in place of salt for everything, but some of the others are good too. All Salt Free.

Sadly no Trader Joe's yet but we have a Whole Foods and a Sprouts will be opening here this fall I think.

Classico makes a bruschetta sauce. I can't speak to the Classico - but brushetta sauce is wonderful on chicken!
