Man you'd think I've done this enough that I'd get used to how slow this process is (check history to see slowness). I just keep bouncing up and down, but this is the lowest I've been in weight for a while. I just have to keep rolling. I guess today will be 3 snacks and a meal. Try to keep it under 2k. Finding it very hard to lift in a deficit.
186.6 lb Lost so far: 13.4 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Weightloss isn't linear, I wouldn't sweat it. How often are you weighing yourself? You should average it if you're measuring every day. You got this!!!

Misty. 180 is the goal if bf falls below 10% at that point. It should be slightly under.

@NM Are you running BCAAs preworkout? Much as I eschew supplements, I think (placebo?) that it has helped. Also useful is tiny carb boost pre-work - apple or tootsie roll pop is perfect. Within 20# of a PR on my dead lifting fasted (except as described).

I'm not using BCAAs at the moment, because I'm usually eating an hour before I work out.

NM, that slow process means you are getting close, real close...nice!! How's the weather over there? Our's was mid summer temps a week ago, back to normal now....have a great weekend!
