So, I'm back to drinking my pee in the morning, and it's going very well. I'm losing around a pound pr week, without having to diet to hard. I really feel my body detoxing and have a lot of energy during the day. I can definitely taste a difference when I have been drinking green tea, it makes my pee more bitter to the taste, and is sort of tangy on my tongue. I have been drinking homemade bulletproof coffee, with organic ghee and coconut oil.. It seems to leave a layer of froth in my pee glass, but the taste is fine. The ancient orientals really knew something.
