Legs still toast, went to gym last night after dinner, stretched in hot tub,steam room,swam to shock my muscles, hot tub, steam room,swam again, about the 2nd hour of this I started getting dizzy, I think the lactic acid and waste built up in my legs was releasing back into my system and giving almost flu like symptoms... weak,scratchy throat light headedness a very strange feeling never the less. however skipped the gym today but have 4 pull up bars through out the house so every time a pass under them I do some type of work, abs, pull ups.

lol, sorta? there where moments of ahhh's but mostly owwww's and what the@#$%^&*()and why did I #$%^&*( do this? but I measured my legs, they be toast, but with a little less buttah on'em ;D

Well there was improvement and water... sounds good to me... I miss swiming. I used to live my the lake... *reminiscent sigh*

I used to live by these crystal blue lakes, hunter. I loved it. I still get down there sometimes. There are a lot of lakes up here too, but sometimes you have to outswim the leaches.

Lol I didn't have a leach problem in lake huron. ... lots of minnows ... but i never got a leach..... crystal blue?? sounds beautiful :D

LOL, leaches? yes alligators yes snakes hell yes. even bull sharks now UHG what's next? So I stick to the pools round here. lol

Alligators? I'd never swim there. I prefer being where I am and having to deal with the bears at least they're above ground and you can see them coming. I think that's a plus?

I used to live on in Iowa Wisconsin line Mississippi river rat lol back water slews marshes bogs between the Mississippi and the Wisconsin .. all I could think about for the the first year was,I just know there's an alligator snapper or worse an alligator or worse than that a bed of water moccasins just under that scum about 10 to 15 ft out just waiting to get me. ...there never was anything, No boat rides through over hanging trees where your oar becomes a second hand bashing stick when fat cotton mouths just fall off the limbs in the boat with you. Just all day all night water fun! But now I'm In Florida! Even Pool guys get surprised by alligators or snakes sometimes, lol
