My best friend and I are going to paint nite tomorrow and it happens to be at Bertucci's ... I've been staring at their menu for a while now and I can't find one damn thing that's (1) appealing and (2) healthy-ish. Everything is loaded with crazy amounts of calories - and I am not a "take half home" type of person. I figured by now they would have jumped on the "healthier menu" band wagon that almost every restaurant has. Friggin Bertucci's!

There's no Bertucci's near me but I looked at the menu for the heck of it. That Spinich, Pear, Roasted Beet and Shrimp salad sounds wonderful. A bit high in calories - but livable. So do the Roasted Tuscan veggies with maybe a small piece of focaccia on the side.
Enjoy your pain evening and have a fun dinner! ;-)
