Day 2 of modified fat fast. Going pretty well, I feel less bloated already. I am SO glad I remembered someones advice about the low carb headache, a cup of bouillon helps tremendously.(most likely Dayberndt, she knows everything!!!)
I am not going to get on the scale until next week. The first few days are water weight, blah blah blah and I don't want to stress about it anymore than I already am.
Y'all are quiet lately with a few exceptions. Hope everyone is busy with good things and enjoying life.

Good job! I did the fat fast for 4 days and on day 4 I really felt my stomach tightening for the first time in a long time. Also, isn't it great eating so much fat with no guilt?

Congrats. Since you told me about this the other day, I've been doing plenty research. I think I am going to try this next week. Sounds really, really interesting.

Really its just a short term restart to get back on keto for me. LCHF works awesome for me but it's not for everyone. If you want to try LCHF I don't reccommend starting off with a fat fast, its really for people who are or have been keto adapted, otherwise you can get all kinds of icky carb flu symptoms.
