I stick to a 1450-1500 calorie diet with a lot of veggies & fruit... & only a little meat 1/2 portions. I only drink Water but in the morning I have oj or cranberry juice 1 cup and no sugary snacks... I also work out a hr before lunch [cardio] and a full 2 hr work out after dinner have some fruit or yougert ect. and do a quick lil summin before bed & my trainer says sleep is important 🙌💕😴💦💯💯

Funny, but my new diet is very down on fruit juice because of insulin spike from sugar, and I was just given a Juicer for Christmas. Insulin=more fat storage.

Your "Sugary" snack is your OJ and Cranberry Juice. They're almost as much sugar add a can of Coke. If you spike insulin levels with sugar in the morning, right when Cortisol levels are highest, you have shut down your fat burning capability for several hours until cortisol and insulin levels drop.
