Still holding at 175lbs... AND THIS IS GOOD! Because I am trying to displace fat with lean muscle gains, I am looking thinner ,muscles are starting to show and tone up, but my weight is the same. It took me a long time to get this fatty sh*t so it's taking a long time to get it off RIGHT!
NEW THINGS I'M TRYING OUT: Added H.I.I.T. to my workout.
I don't use any specific routine except on Sun.Tues,Thursdays.
Every other day is whatever I choose, mostly HIIT, isometric swimming stuff. It's working. Added warm lemon/mint/apple cider vinegar water 1st thing mornings for fat loss along with 1 Tbs royal jelly.
The scale is the enemy(at least to me it is) to gauge my progress by that thing and not measure all my, well...measurements would mean I'm failing.I'm not, I'm killing this!
175.0 lb Lost so far: 5.0 lb.    Still to go: 15.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

does that morning drink actually work? I usually drink lemon water just cause I like it. do you use fresh mint or extract?

I use fresh mint. I took a recipe off of youtube "fat burner drink" then added some things based on ,nothing really lol just made sense to mix things together.So My drink is a little more involved than just the warm lemon water, I left the other stuff out because the a basics are just lemon/mint and and warm water. as far as if it works? I can't say yea or nay .I'm dropping body fat but that could be a number of things I'm doing, but I can say, It doesn't hurt.;)

Well I've heard of the warm lemon water in the am from the book "beauty detox solution" apple cider vinegar. .. I forget what that's supposed to do. I'll look it up. mint is just good. .. I used to have a mojito garden ha ha miss that mint patch... anyhoo just wasn't sure if you saw it actually working.

Good planning. Body composition is more important than scale weight any day. I use calipers to measure body fat vs. lean body mass.

I drank apple cider vinegar with mother for a couple of months and didn't notice anything other than I hated the taste, yuk!

BAHHHHHHHHHH HA HA HA I just drank apple cider vinegar and lemon ... I think I put too much vinegar but I'm too much of a stubborn ass to add more water so I chugged it like a champ. I don't think I can do that every morning lol

It's a tough call to say as I'm not trying to lose weight so much as gain lean muscle and shed all my body fat. And I can say I'm doing just that. I've been taking the water for over 2 weeks now, so maybe. mmmmmojito's! awesome drink Love making them fresh and strong ;p . I'll share My recipe (if interested) just let me know. BTW,apple cider vinegar helps in many ways but I use it for fat loss.

HA! Yeah I never said that just those 2 ingredients tasted good together, they do not, but I'm a champ too so...Chugalug! oh you forgot the mint though?

Well weight is kind of a general term. ya body fat Fallin off would be great and if whatever muscle I gained from hauling my fat butt around is more than welcome to stay ha ha ha . oh I know they are so good! I'll totally have your recipe! ! I'm going to grow some soon . Im renting right now so I can't go digging up the backyard and make a garden like i want to :S ha ha ha ya I dunno I was in the fridge .... saw the stuff.... tossed it in my water. ... regretted it... story of my life lol

OKAY DOKAY here ya go. In a sauce pan zest two pink grapefruit peels one lemon peel one thumb of ginger root one med size thumb of turmeric, 12 or so mint leaves two hefty cinnamon sticks one clove finely chopped garlic 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper and if brave 1/2 jali or habi pepper pour in 12/16 ounces of spring water ,boil, then let simmer for 10 more minutes or until you get back to it lol. in the mean time ... juice the 2 grapefruits the zested lemon ,score,slice another lemon,peel&slice one big cucumber, slice a chili, and take 6 to 8 fresh mint leaves and put them in a glass container of sorts. NOT PLASTIC,very large Patron bottle works for me ;) pour in another 16oz water, strain hot stuff into sifter or screen and funnel into your container, I press my hot stuff to get everything out of it I can...OK add more water and stick in fridge for several hours they say 24 but eh, make a day in advance. you can add up to one more 16oz bottle of water to this concoction, throw out or compost after 4 days, 3 if your fridge is not really cold. drink in the mornings ,sayin a coffee cup full, heat, fairly warm then add in 2 tbs apple cider vinegar, 1 tsp royal jelly or raw honey if you wish. The apple cider vinegar is used to do a lot of things but I'm using it for fat loss. This is what I do lol every 4 days. everything I put in MY recipe is beneficial in someway to weight loss and disease prevention. LOL It took longer to type and reread this than it does to prep everything. I'd say enjoy and add or take away anything you don't want need. Normal recipe on YouTube is just lemons cucumbers mint leaves and water...

Holy hell!!! now that's a recipe! ok I took a screen shot and I'll add it to the grocery list. .. I can't go too crazy with the juice or honey.... you know. carbs and such... I'll add what I can though. sounds pretty good when you put it all out there actually

Like the ratios. I did the Zone in the past. It works. It's a little sloppy toward the end, but it's my fallback.

LMAO... Yeah, I know, it might be considered overkill by some and I don't think it's a water anymore but more less an elixir of some sort lol be it a magic potion or snake oil nothing in there is bad for ya. There is a plethora of information about everything listed on YouTube if you search them individually (cinnamon fat loss, or apple cider vinegar fat loss),most of it is and will aid in fat loss, I just stacked the hell outta of them all >;D

plethora. .. there's a word I don't hear many people using. I personally enjoy that word ... lol odd thing to like, I know... ha ha ha ... well fat loss is right up my ally so once I go shopping ill break out my cauldron and give this potion a whirl... lol you sure did stack it all! if your gonna do it might as well go all the way HA HA HA HA!!
