Down 3.2 lbs this week Im feeling stronger by the day. Keto has changed my life by allowing me not to be in bondage to the Carb. I appreciate this group of people who struggle with finding a way to stay healthy and I find great encouragement from others journeys. Its going to be a great day! Diligence is the key. I log Everything some may say Im obsessive because I tweak here or log there but every act of putting food in my mouth has to be accounted for. Its the only way I will succeed. I set up my food logs two or three days in advance and try to stay as close to the plan. I know its strange but it keeps me on the straight and narrow. Thank you everyone who gives of themselves to help others have the strength to go on and become successful.

I also log everything. It's the only way I can stay on track. I agree that level of honesty diligence is needed for overeaters. I don't setup my menu in advance as I try to be a little more flexible. All I can say is Great Work!

i look at your weight scale and it looks like a long ski slop....you are consistent to make it look that way...such determination you have. and a big congratulations for the hard work...you deserve the best.
