My food journal today will be worse than yesterday. Black Friday. Today I guess I am gonna call it CARB LOADING DAY!!! Cause after Mcdonalds for breakfast and pasta for dinner I will be way over. Which is perfectly fine. I'll just do slightly less carbs this coming week. Main thing is the just roll with lifes little bumps. Now I'm off because I have two sick little girls.
