Yesterday I ate dinner early, around 3:30. I'm noticing that when I do that and not eat a lot of snacks later that it seem to have the effect of eating less calories.
156.7 lb Lost so far: 28.3 lb.    Still to go: 1.7 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

I would call that a late lunch LOL

If I eat early instead of eating something pretty much right before going to bed, I'll wake up hungry and eat early breakfast (I usually don't eat breakfast at all) and then keep eating all day long. Glad that it worked for you though.

I usually eat a late breakfast which holds me until dinner. It's after dinner that I run into problems...

After dinner you can tell yourself that only veggies are allowed so if you are really hungry you will eat them. I usually am not actually hungry, I just want to munch on something and veggies are not appealing to me at all then so I don't have a snack. You can also brush your teeth, I am too lazy to brush them again so I don't eat after already brushing them.
