Yesterday was the first relaxing day I've had in a long time. The earlier part of the day was a bit hectic since I had a semi-long list of errands that I was checking off, but the latter part of the day was spent finishing a novel, drinking 3 cups of tea, lounging with Maple, and doing a bit of well-deserved online shopping (for books of course).
I also worked out for the first time in at least a month, running 25 minutes (4 miles) on the elliptical. I woke up with a substantially flatter stomach than yesterday, so I'm pleased. I'm tempted to weigh in now, but I know that weight fluctuates from day to day with water and salt intake, and that a weekly weigh-in is more accurate, so I'm going to hold off until Monday.
