I was working a little harder this week getting the property ready for winter. I guess the extra exercise must have helped.

Can't wait to cross below 300 pounds, a really big deal for me. Don't know why but 299 seems like way less than 300.
307.0 lb Lost so far: 18.0 lb.    Still to go: 7.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
