Interesting day yesterday, volunteered to work habitat for humanity and spent the whole day hauling trusses and roof plywood up narrow stairs. For a guy 100 lbs overweight a held my own. Was so ridiculously tired a barely ate last night but was rewarded with a nice weight loss. I don't know how anybody does that for a living, two days would have killed me.
