We had house guests this week. I didn't do too badly, I thought, but several restaurant meals and much wine, combined with being out of my normal exercise routine adds up. Had a great time with my brother and his crew, though... totally worth some hard work this week.
146.8 lb Lost so far: 28.2 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
