Good morning buddies!
Whew, what a bust that holiday weekend was. I'm going to consider the past three days as a metabolism reset lol. Damage isn't too bad though, only up a little over a pound which isn't bad for two nights of drinking, festival food and family cook outs. I had a little bit of an 'f' it attitude due to the slow weight loss which didn't help, TOM arrived which also didn't help, and directv stole 450. dollars out of my checking account which most definitely didn't help. It was a rough weekend.
My son has been running a fever since Sunday evening so I have an appointment for him today as well as a recheck for my daughter. Hopefully all goes well and they are both back to school tomorrow so I can get back to the gym.
Back on track today and still hopeful for a small loss on Friday. I mean if eating perfectly for a week doesn't yield a loss maybe one crazy weekend will. Ya never can tell what these bodies are going to do.
