Well I'm not so great at recording the exercise part but I walk A LOT! I also suck at recording my weekend meals but I still keep on track, promise I'm not just saying that.

I've been doing good not beating myself up over allowing a few higher calorie days. I'm sticking to the 80/20 plan of dieting so I don't go crazy and binge if I have a down day.

I struggle with food addiction on top of PCOS so my road's been a bumpy one, just like a few others out there. The greatest thing ever is knowing I'm finally making smart, healthy lasting choices about changing my lifestyle and how I think of food.

I just got my first low impact exercise videos in the mail and I'm supper excited to bust 'em out soon!

I've also decided that I'm sticking to a schedule of weighing myself once a week, same time and everything. I know with PCOS, weight flux is normal and inevitable. Plus, less of a chance for me to wreck my progress if the needle starts climbing LOL.
