Looks like my weekend of junk food hasn't caught up on the scale yet. Pizza (3x), Chinese, Mexican, Hardee's, movie popcorn & candy, plus my normal binges on chips, crackers, cheese curls, trail mix, etc. I think I'll be ok going w/out junk food for a while, but I must have a plan for what I will eat. I'll do my best today, I promise myself.
