Just went to the doctor and was surprised to see the weight that popped up on my paperwork. I thought it had said 151 and that was about what I expected but it seems like I have been gaining about 10 pounds every 3 or 4 months!

So, I've got to get back into running (which really seems to suck since I've put on all this weight) and really look at what I'm eating on a daily basis.

Also it will probably help if I leave my desk for lunch since I sit down for work all day long. I'm already drinking about 32 oz. of water a day-but Dr says drink more.

So my current waist measurement is 41", my weight is 161 lb 3.2 oz. and my bmi is 30.47.

My new goal is to firm up my stomach (goal forever), and to drop my weight down to 135 lbs. That won't put me into the healthy bmi range but I think it is a closer to what is normal, healthy and common for my stats.

So, Day one will be September 1st (Tuesday) and I'll give myself until my birhtday (Oct. 7) to loose the first 10 pounds. Then, until Devil's night to loose the other 10.

Sexy Halloween costume, here I come! Well more importantly, end of dizzy spells, here I come.

PS: As I type this there is an ad for Kerrygold butter on the side of the screen...really?

Kerrygold is the best butter out there IMHO. Know how you've got cooking brandy and then drinking brandy? Once you have Kerrygold, you'll only want to eat it straight or on food that doesn't quite dilute the taste of it; cook with all the other butters, eat the Kerrygold :D // Good luck and welcome back!

Kerrygold IS the best butter - it is made from cows milk who have only eaten grass - very healthy. I eat High Fat Low Carb so butter and other healthy ftas like avocado, nuts, coconut oil and olive oil are staples for me. Good lick on your chosen weight loss plan.
