it's day one for me, and I'm so nervous. I was 120lbs in October of 2014. then I got clean off drugs and gained 45lbs... I want to look that beautiful and thin again, without using drugs to get there. I am motivated today, we'll take it one day at a time...
165.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 40.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Make sure there's a day two. Most of us waffle back and forth at the beginning. Logging in and logging your food will keep you thinking about the goal you want if nothing else. We're rooting for you.

Welcome to the site. As others have said it's one day at a time, keep repeating that the process becomes a habit and you can get to where you want to be.
