So, I think I am to the "hard Lard". Scale isn't moving much, I am afraid this will start impacting my motivation.
187.2 lb Lost so far: 30.6 lb.    Still to go: 22.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

You've been doing well, hang in there. It's normal for the weight loss to slow down after some time. Maybe consider if it might be time to tweak things a little, make a change to shake up your body's routine. I've discovered that I tend to lose a few pounds, then stall and even gain back a little before the next drop, then repeat the same. Frustration is understandable and I've felt it too. It's helped me to change my mind frame and the way I think about what I'm doing. I see this as a permanent thing that I'll keep doing for the rest of my life, change it up as needed, but a continuing path. The end weight goal while important is no longer the prime focus, more important is keeping on the path day by day, getting back to it if I stray. Keep up the good work, you will get there!
