Hi Everyone!
"Yes, I lost wight! :) I think next week I will have gained it all back. I ate many cookies last night. Umm..."Oh so good!" Now my stomach is all blimped out! It is back to the gym, and the swimming pool I go! I tend to gravitate to all the foods that I once loved. uhh! oh well!...I know what to do!
I threw the cookies outside for the Racoon's and the Opossum's to eat!:) Now let's watch them get fat! haha!:) You all have a great evening!" G.B~Ann

Military diet can lose 10lbs in 3 days I lost ,7 1/2 in 3 days.

I concur with Skwhite. I had some wild "pet" raccoons and monkeys as a kid. They always knew where to come for the food that they (racoons) would often scratch at the back door to announce their lack of satiety. The monkeys made enough noise that we knew they were outback.
