In Ramadan it's very hard to lose weight or even maintain it !
158.1 lb Lost so far: 16.5 lb.    Still to go: 14.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 4.6 lb a week

Just do the best you can during...and then after it is over, you can re-focus... Be sure to celebrate ALL you have accomplished already in the last couple of years. :)

im also fasting for Ramadan, but i am alone, so i don't have all the family cooking for iftar, but i remember when i was in Egypt, it was very hard.... your doing great, nice loss.... Ramadan Kareem.. <3

Yes it is difficult.However you are doing well.keep it up.I find that I am eating more calories and am really fighting to lose weekly.Also ,I can't drink as much water as I do when I am not fasting and I can feel the difference in my body.
