Lost another .6 pounds from yesterday. Though I am happy about it, I will save my Woo Hoo for Monday and see where I am. :)

I have been doing two sessions on my recumbent bike a day so I think this is revving up my metabolism. They aren't BIG routines, especially in the morning; which is typically 25 minutes and the same in the evening. Last night I did an hour and 17 minutes in the evening and 10 in the morning.

TGIF! Let's continue with the journey!
207.2 lb Lost so far: 61.8 lb.    Still to go: 42.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
