Wow, I'm almost at goal! I joined a workout group, Move Strong Destin, and have been working out about an hour each day for 6 days a week, eating cleaner (however, I do need to start eating more), snacking healthy and often. Cut out carbs, sweets, salty snacks, sodium, sodas, booze, and rarely eat red meat right now. I'm going to make the local country line dancing bar my weekend go-to! Swimming in the ocean when i get the chance, to relieve my sore and straining muscles. Excellent workouts so so often! Feeling amazing! Working my ass off (to finally get an ass) to drop 20 lbs!!
154.0 lb Lost so far: 54.0 lb.    Still to go: 19.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 3.7 lb a week
