I think I drank less soda yesterday and I didn't eat any thing that's not good for my body. So I'm proud of myself. Lol. Life has been rough lately and trying hard to keep myself healthy. It's a day to day challenge but getting better. Have a great day ya'll!
152.5 lb Lost so far: 4.5 lb.    Still to go: 12.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Why not save a low cal frozen yogurt/fudgsicle bar or another low cal treat for the evening. Plan ahead just in case you have to have something.
