Went for a 3 hour ride. Stopped for a shandy at the local Beer Market on the way back. Feels good! My lowest weight yet! Now to actually eat something today.
148.6 lb Lost so far: 3.4 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
