Woke up much better today, bloat is gone thank goodness.

I have a bag of Swerve that a friend gave me I am trying this weekend instead of my usual Splenda. I have to say I like the taste way better than Stevia. I couldn't deal with the aftertaste. I wonder if bulk erythro- whatever is the same as swerve, its much less expensive I see.

My weight loss has slowed to a crawl but I am seeing lots of new definition in my muscles and clothes are loose again. Bodyfat% is down a bit too so I am not worried.

179.0 lb Lost so far: 34.0 lb.    Still to go: 49.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

You get so much exercise that I wonder how you could gain an ounce! Never heard of Swerve...let us know what you think. Going to the ocean sounds like a grand idea. I am sure your younguns will enjoy it! We are flying today...rained yesterday and blew so we had an unexpected day off. No other plans except Miss Piggy (me) plans to drink lots and lots of water....you know, until I slosh when I walk:) Have a great weekend. And congrats on the good stats and .4 loss....

I switched from Splenda to EZ-Sweetz because it has no carbs (Atkins). I really like it ...one drop is a tsp, no after taste. Since I like 'really sweet'(go figure) it's perfect.

That's where I'm at too. I bought a pull over last year when I weighed about 180 and it was snug in the middle. When I dieted down another 10 it fit fine. This time, at 180, I'm wearing it and it's loose in the middle. Progress is progress. The scale doesn't really define it.

Loose clothes and muscle definition is a way better indicator than the scale. Good job!
