I am getting more clever with low calorie foods by cheating the system..lol I made a carmel mocha milk shake with whip cream only 150 cal! What I did is I took atkins carmel mocha protein shake and I blend it with ice add some stevia sweetener I top it off with 1 tabl spoon , 5cal, of Light Reddi whip and you have a nice dessert for the day. You can also get creative and add coffee creamer unsweetend or low fat into it, all you need is a teaspoon in it. When you have to lose 20 plus pounds you got to get creative and fool the brain that your drinking a 100 gazillion cal milk shake, not really, but the shakes i crave are pretty close to that! Back to the invention board...If anybody has any clever invitations of their own let me know thanks...

that's a good idea... I tried the stevia... I can't get past the taste! My sister doesn't like it either.... I would think any sweetener would do right

doesn't take much Stevia at all, maybe put less in - also I'm trying out Monk's fruit as a sweetener at times.

Hi jg that sounds good, never heard of monks sweetner, is it as sweet as stevia? Yeah Gale its a tasty treat...have you tried it yet? Do you have any good recieps that I should try that's light and easy? I found if you cook your own popcorn in can ole oil and the add some salt and spray cooking spray butter the one that's healthy for your heart its a light version of movie theater pop corn, its really good!

I don't have any recipes... I am a short and quick kind of cook. I hate staying in the kitchen for long periods of time. However, I will spend time making a fresh crispy salad...I love using raw spinach, red leaf or romaine, cukes, tomatoes, carrots, radish, fresh red, yellow, orange peppers, I don't use cheese eggs croutons, or creamy dressing... so refreshing
