Gained almost a pound. I started drinking water yesterday for my Fitbit. I had to drink 32 ounces right before bed (yes, I was up during the night--LOL). Not sure if it's the water weight or what it is. Not worried about a pound because it seems I do this every week, then end up lower within the week.
196.1 lb Lost so far: 24.9 lb.    Still to go: 76.1 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 6.3 lb a week

Thanks Glen. Trying so hard. I think I'm expecting too much, but I am staying calm. LOL. Last time I lost a lot of weight really fast. I was exercising a lot more and starving myself. I'm trying to be sensible this time

Try logging weight only once per week or so and I bet you will see losses...
