Welcome and Congrats on taking the first step....and with your very first pound you will ONLY have 99 to go...don't focus on the 99...JUST the next ONE...and then the next ONE....YOU can do this!!!!!!!!!!!!

I'm going for a 100 lb loss myself. Lost my first pound the first week, I only wanted to record food and exercise - did that and it made me very aware of how easily I'd eat stuff that wasn't nourishing my body. One characteristic I want to develop is being respectful to this body.

Thanks everyone for your support. I am truly hoping between this group and my CD group I will finally get healthy. It was such an
easy road to get to this point, but such a difficult road to go in reverse. I have given up wheat, which has now eliminated a lot of my eating junk triggers. So thanks for your support.

Yes - I got rid of all grains and dairy (except eggs) and feel terrific.
