Yesterday I stated that I could not think of anything to journal about. Last night I got into the chocolate. Is there a connection? I think so.
What I should have said yesterday is that I am under stress. My husband, who is on blood thinners, still thinks it is a good idea to run his drag car. One of my friends (younger than me) just had a heart attack and another is going to have tests for chest pains. Oh yeah, and work sucks.
There, now maybe I can have a chocolate free evening tonight.
