5.6 lbs lost! Feels like a good jumpstart to me, now to just keep at it, keep watching my intake, and get moving more. Gonna have to fight through the aching and exercise anyway! Feeling a lot more confident today. To know I was able to stick to this semi-fasting diet for three days, no cheating? That's the best I've done in a long time, and it makes me feel so good! I knew the diet wouldn't fix it all, I knew I couldn't do it forever. For me, the challenge was just to stick to it, no cheating, and I did it. I just want to keep this willpower I've had the last 3 days. I didn't taste the Mac n cheese I fixed for my son Tuesday...I didn't eat the pizza, or cake, my hubby brought home yesterday. I didn't eat cake at work, or give into temptation when my coworkers ate out for lunch. I stuck to my diet, and 5.6 lbs down lets me know it was successful! I can do this. I can beat this weight. I can become healthy again!!
