I'm surprised that I didn't gain more weight. I had a bad weekend. My cravings took over my food decisions and I had way too much stuff I shouldn't have like sodium & fat. The Calories weren't too bad over all, maybe an extra 150-250 over normal each day.

It didn't help that I didn't exercise either. I sat right next to the treadmill working/playing on the computer all day Sunday and part of the day Saturday.
We did go shopping several hours Saturday and worked in the yard a bit as well, so I guess that helped some.

As for the cravings, I don't know what happened. I couldn't stop myself. I didn't even think of stopping till after the food was gone!! Then I felt guilty about eating it, but it didn't stop me from doing it again, ALL WEEKEND LONG!!

I have to go to work today so I won't have the same opportunity as this weekend.
Tomorrow I take my mom to the hospital for knee replacement and I'll not have the option of eating the food that I should. I just hope I can resist the worst of the foods......
225.0 lb Lost so far: 49.0 lb.    Still to go: 14.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I had an over-the-top Sunday, but then, I usually do. Sundays or some day on the weekend is my cheat day. I blew it out with a big 'ol burger on Sunday night for dinner, and then I snacked heavy late Sunday night. The sodium intake was probably crazy. I have a crazy scale that only swings in 3 lbs increments, so I'm not too freaked out by this, but I weighed 3 lbs heavier this morning on the silly thing compared to yesterday morning. But, I'll be back on track this week. Just keep on keepin' on.

When I had to go to the hospital with my mom I packed my lunch.

Plan ahead and bring your own food and healthy snacks.

I'm planning on taking lots of water and some of "my" food. I figure the less that I buy, the less I have to take off later. I have a hot cereal that I'm going to start the day with. It's only 130 calories, 1g fat and no sodium but it sure sticks with me for quite a while. It's 5g of fiber and 6g of protein so that's probably why. Time to head off to bed. Morning is going to come really early......

Most hospitals have good dining rooms. Eat a salad or place an order for the way you want your food fixed. You can do it. We believe in you.
