Fantastic! keeping to diet even which is watching what I eat . Avoiding sweets and puddings restricting carbs and seconds trying to eat more fish.
162.0 lb Lost so far: 4.7 lb.    Still to go: 29.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
