Why Scarlet?

wfn I rarely have a 100% bad day. Part of the problem with today was I didn't have any coffee. I use coffee to treat my adhd. My day started off bad. I went to my loudest, craziest game room with the chattiest machines first. I swear I counted the same stack of money 12 times. 1,2,3, "can we fix it?" no, shut up! 1,2,3,4 "bout that shack outside LaGrange, you know what I'm talking about" UGH! 1,2,3,4,5, "are you ready to play? this is a great game" NO! I"M TRYING TO WORK BE QUIET! So in order that was Bob the Builder, Guitar Hero, and Lil Hoops. I was longing for ear plugs. I ended up leaving that location and coming back later. I had my coffee at lunch. 

IC, Oh dear, no coffee!! I don't move without coffee!!!! Currently on cup #3. Machines that talk!! OH MY! they could drive on batty!! Hope your day was better after coffee. Have a great Sunday!! Hope you don't have to work today and can enjoy your day.  

There were a couple of things that did amuse me yesterday. I was driving behind a BMW with a tiny car in the trunk. I took a picture. I wish it were easier to post pictures here. I'm always taking pictures of things I see on the road that amuse me. Then I found out why I was dragging my feet going into Toys R Us. When I got in there there was a little kid sitting on top of my Snoopy ice cream truck ride. Sigh. This is in the foyer and he was by himself. Finally dad comes out and tells him !Vaminos! a few times. Then "something something something" my brain was too tired to translate. Turns out what he was saying was "stay there, and I will put 50 cents in the ride to reward you for your bad behavior and we can watch this lady here continue on her slow decent into madness". So that is exactly what he did. He let the kid ride ON TOP of the ride while I dreamed of being able to one day present him with a Darwin award. I should have stayed in the van 5 more minutes. sigh.  

AWWWW, cute about the tiny car in the BMW. I also have to get an account somewhere for photos so I can post some. I used to have one somewhere, don't remember where. I can't seem to get face book ones to work. I hate that when parents reward for bad behavior.  

I worked at ToysRUs for two days once. I thought it would be fun. I loved the people, but the job--they were crazy. I was hired part time for a second job--they knew this, for certain hours. When my shift was up, they wanted me to stay until everything was put away. I never went back. That was my second job and it didn't pay enough for me to lose my first one. No coffee? I'm on my way to get mine right now. I can't work without coffee. LOL. 

Lmao! Two days? yeah it's amazing what some employers do once they hire you.  

Two days, LOL. I worked retail for years and loved it, but have to say, I drew the line there. They should have hired an overnight shift to do that or at least tell me I couldn't go home at the end of my shift. LOL. Have you had any coffee yet? I made some, but today's was a bit weak. I used the beans and I think I needed more. LOL.  

Coffee! Did someone say Coffee? Oo I love coffee. With sugar. I drink it during the day. And at night. Ah, coffee. I love coffee. I think I'll have another cup..... 

psst...hey Donna...coffee... lol I'm so very tired right now. The problem is coffee does not wake me up. It just focuses my brain.  

Coffee doesn't keep me awake, either. It simply makes me more alert. I can drink it and go straight to sleep. (once I close my eyes ...and quit talking...and thinking things...) =) 

Used to be that way with me, coffee/caffeine no issue, now older it keeps my awake if I drink any after about pm. Body changes over time LOl
