ok.. the scale and I need to come to an agreement. I now its gonna flexuate some. I was good yesterday except for a few saltines. I was wanting some bread so I thought this might be the best choice. I had a crazy day and didn't even get to be home until 930 last night, I made a protein shake for dinner instead of drive thru with kids even. just keep on keeping on is all I can say. worried about this weekend. if saltines do that. this weekend may have me in trouble. I have several eating out events. wish me luck.
154.1 lb Lost so far: 23.9 lb.    Still to go: 9.1 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Remember if you can eat really clean at home and then at your events you may get away with a bit more.. If I know I have a special event coming up, I make the best clean decisions during the week before and workout hard. Then I don't feel so bad if I have a treat at the event.

Don't worry about the ups and downs, just notice the overall trend and be healthy and happy. You're not a fighter getting ready for weigh-ins in eight hours :) You don't have to make a certain weight today.

lunch wasn't bad. chipotle. chicken salad with black beans and pico. only ate about half. no dressing. lots of flavor as it was. :)

limit the breads, rice, & other processed white foods, stick with protein and good fats (oil, etc).

Wow - doing the protein shake last night was a big WIN! Saltines have carbs and sodium that may have bumped you up a bit - no worries.
