What a mess food today that i had! *sigh

Hey we all mess up believe that. The other day I really goofed and had more than a bite of candy--my big no no. Just understand what it was that goofed you and be mindful of it and always remind yourself that you are a wonderful person both inside and out.

Like Deb said there is always tomorrow. I never let it bother me if I eat or drink something I shouldn't.

Deb & Michael: you guys are so right, im feeling so awful every time i ate the messy food and cant control my appetite. i'm trying to control it today so hopefully i could pass it easily :)
