Weight is back up again...so it's a bit discouraging...but hopefully I can get it closer to wear I want it to be. I'm just feeling a bit down today, so motivation is lacking. :(

-Standing Oblique Twists: 30, 26
129.0 lb Lost so far: 31.0 lb.    Still to go: 11.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
