Okay, well, yesterday went fine. I found it harder to exercise than to eat right. Getting motivated to exercise is crazy. I used to work out hard for an hour a day, and now I'm so lazy and reluctant. I just don't get it. I ordered a pedometer and it should arrive tomorrow. I think it shows a little man doing a 'happy dance' when I walk 10,000 steps. For some reason, I'm really looking forward to that! (LOL!!!)

Oddly, I didn't eat enough calories yesterday. I know it won't be a problem on the first day, but also know it will slow weight loss if I don't eat enough. Need more sleep too.

So many bad habits to break!!!
