Ok Restarting...Lost a bunch of weight. Started a new job and stopped doing the things that got the weight off and surprise...gained it back. So back to basics....starts today.

Diet Calendar Entry for 02 March 2015:

In 100% the same boat. was down to a good 173 from 225 and then switched jobs with a longer commute. Broke my routine and now I am back to the 225 range 1 1/2 years later. Just switched jobs again and am not re-motivated to get back down!

Yep I was down a good 20 gained it back in 7 months! New job is lots more stress and hours (and $$$ so not complaining) but I'm out of pants that fit so time to draw the line in the sand. It's weird how you can do so well for so long and then totally fall off the map. But the goal was rich AAAAANNND thin...so here we go.

Yep, time to get back at it. Was really enjoying my slimmer self but with all the added job stress it was just to easy to slip back into my old eating habits and kick exercise to the curb.
