I started counting calories for my new way of eating. I'm hoping this will work for me sense the other ways I tried were not working for me for long. I was missing to much of my favorite foods after a while. This way i will be able to have them but watch out for the quantity of them instead of depriving myself of them completely. All of you out there who pray please pray the With God's help we will conquer this mountain. Thank you.
