I've been plugging away at it hard since last weigh in. Started a new way of eating, the Paleo Diet. Did a lot of reading up on it and research first, sounded like something I needed to try. The sugar med that has been making me sick and giving me worse headaches, on top of not controlling my sugar... well after being on this *way* I've not only lost 10lbs the headaches are gone, my sugars have normalized, and I feel good. I still feel sick to my stomach though. Today is not my official weigh in, but I couldn't wait till Monday...
245.2 lb Lost so far: 49.4 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Diet Calendar Entry for 28 February 2015:

Wow! [I, too, checked out the Paleo Diet; also Ruled.Me ... agree: def cutting out sugar is way to go! For times I must use a sweetener (my BP Coffe), I've learned to use Swerve, which honestly does taste like sugar without any nasty aftertaste or chemicals.] Keep up the great work, Bebematte !

I've had long time issues with artificial sweeteners, so i just go without now. Just took some getting use to. As soon as these ulcers go away on both feet, i can get back to some real exercise.

Yes - I am doing no grains and no dairy, too, as part of my Paleo/ketogenic approach. I have lost a few pounds, too! Good Luck!
