My stomach hasn't been very happy and I'm feeling really tired this weekend. Working out last night took a lot to get through but I did an hour. I also dropped my RDI another 50 points to start off the month. I think I'm going to try getting in a small nap before I hit the treadmill.

Why not try eating some good carb before your workout? Maybe a healthy protein fruit smoothie, it will help give your body some energy. Try doing this an hour before you plan to workout

Thank you, that sounds like a good idea. I've been meaning to stop for some protein powder for smoothies and keep forgetting. I'll make sure to add it to my list today.

I take either womens ultra metabolism supplements before working out or powdered pre-workout from Complete Nutrition/GNC

Being someone who works out a LOT, I have to agree with Panigale. I personally have A scoop of protein powder and 2/3 cup of quick oats 1 hour before every workout.

Note: Because you are on a lower calorie diet than I am, you wouldn't want to have as much oats.

Thanks for the advice everyone. I tried your advice with the oatmeal this afternoon chadlius88. Let me just say tropical fruit flavored protein powder.... bleh! It wasn't mine and I won't be trying tropical anything again for a good while. I think I'm going to have to buy some of the chocolate powder, the chocolate coconut sounds good. I do like the idea of mixing it in the oats though so I'll try it again.

Don't worry about calories. Cut out those carbs, eat delicious filling meals, zero cravings and loads of energy. Look at The Real Meal Revolution and look at 'the facts'. Why starve and be exhausted when it can be so different. Been doing it for almost 3 months now. 8kgs down but lots of cms! Its called Banting. You will always feel hungry and tired whilst you are eating carbs and chemicals, especially containing sugar or sweeteners. They are poison. Just have a look and give it a try. You have nothing to lose except kgs.

Yeah, pretty much anything but chocolate and vanilla variants taste pretty bad, and they sweeten the heck out of them with artificial sweeteners to make them more "fruity". I pretty much just stick with chocolate, and it mixes well with the flavor of oats. By the way, I grind up the oats into a fine powder with an Oster myblend before mixing in the protein and water. Makes it go down much easier.
