Followed diet rather well, and it's becoming easier and easier to turn down sugars and starches. I no longer have those cravings! Yay! I do need to increase my water intake though.
328.0 lb Lost so far: 22.0 lb.    Still to go: 178.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 5.3 lb a week
