The office ordered Pizza. Are you kidding me right now. They are evil out there. I may need to shut my office door so I cant smell it but I can still see it outside my office window onto the sales floor. here I set with my orange, cucumber eggs and deer meet. :)

Well, since I can't get deer meat very often, but can get pizza whenever, I think I'd have no problems turning down a slice...but that's just me.

What keeps me going are a couple cheat days a week. If I eat well every day, I tend to give up sooner. I'm still loosing with a couple cheat days a week. :)

im saving my cheat for super bowl and hoping to keep it reasonalble. will be hard. I always do my cheat on the weekend and it does seem to mess me up but I think my metabolism is still all messed up and working on getting it all together. if I cheat at all, I see it on the scale for days. I keep thinking its all in the long term and try not to worry about the occasional set backs. that pizza smells awesome. lol. Loadgod. I have a freezer full of deer. I smoked deer burgers last night. was really good. no bun for me of course.

Consider stripping a slice and eating the cheese. A jolt of protein.

Bless your heart...and your nose...lol...I honestly think often the smell.of foods is more temptation than the sight of them...even tho both are triggers...Hang in there !!! :)

I am saving a cheat for the super bowl also!! The cheat days have given a kick to my metabolism. I had plateaued until I started throwing a couple cheat days in. I still don't go over my RDI on the cheat days.

puff-daddy. so if its a cheat and you don't go over your rdi is it just that you allow junk? my rdi accourding to his site is 1500 but I stay 1000-1200 so would I need to say under the 1200 or the 1500

Someday you will have to be able to eat one piece of pizza, enjoy it and walk away and not feel like you ruined anything. Life is full of surprises and you have to be able to roll with the punches.

Yea you! For staying strong. I remember, once, reading a story about a woman who was in the car with her family. The husband went through the drive-thru at McDonalds for their kids and she was literally crying because the French fries smelled so good!!

Hey….I sat in front of a business associate 4 days into a Water Only 8 day fast while she was eating Suchi and otters around us were having fries and hamburgers. Iron Will….LOL wink

I never considered pizza a cheat. Everything in moderation. I know that's cliche but it really works.
