Woot Woot, finally broke the stall. now to keep it going.
157.8 lb Lost so far: 20.2 lb.    Still to go: 12.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

1071 kcal Fat: 57.26g | Prot: 76.55g | Carb: 65.72g.   Breakfast: Apples, Dutch Farms String Cheese, Emerald Cinnamon Roast Almonds. Lunch: Boiled Egg, Deer Meat (Cooked, Roasted), Cucumber (Peeled), Oranges. Dinner: Daisy Sour Cream, Salsa, Black Olives, Sweet Onions, Lettuce, Ground Beef (95% Lean / 5% Fat). Snacks/Other: Emerald Cinnamon Roast Almonds. more...

Super Bowl Sunday. Wow. I hope I can be good. I wont drink any adult beverages but im sure ill eat something I shouldn't. just need to make sure I take plenty of goodies that are healthy so im not as tempted or hungry with nothing to eat but pizza, chips, meatballs little smokies and beer. lol.
