Remember, it's not an instant thing. I used to sit at the same weight for what seemed like forever, then suddenly drop.

Liked that. Short and sweet and to the point. You've got your mojo back. It's in shock that you've lost and is gearing up for the next phase.

May I ask a question without seeming like I am intruding? I see many people weighing themselves daily. I weigh myself every 2 weeks maybe weekly. I notice weight loss and feel accomplishment. If I weighed daily and didn't see a drop I'd get depressed. So why do people weigh themselves daily?

Everyone does things differently. Some have those fancy scales that say they measure all sorts of things, not sure how they do that. I have a cheapie dial scale, it matches my docs closely. I average over a week and try to weigh in once a week. Sometimes challenges want daily updates I only change my weight once a week.

i weight every monday for this exact reason.. if i weight before then i dont log it.. only mondays .. so i can see a difference..

I think it is up to the individual. Some people do better by weighing everyday as it keeps them focused whereas others feel like you do about the fluctuations in weight causing depression. It's all how you like it. :)
