JDbowler's Journal, 30 January 2015

So, it took a month, but whatever happened last weekend, helped kick off my loss of weight again. I am so happy to be back to where I was pre Christmas. It is a great feeling. Just been crazy with everything going on. I really don't want to lose any progress this weekend either, being Super Bowl weekend, so I will have to keep a close eye on the snacks. Make sure it is a healthy day, not a crazy greasy day. Hope everyone has a great weekend.
264.8 lb Lost so far: 75.2 lb.    Still to go: 14.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

JD, I completely understand what your saying. I am doing the samething. Dec was not a good month for my diet and hopefully when I weigh in tommorrow I will see the results from the hardwork from this week. We just need to stay with our plans and we sill see results.

Nice drop and for a healthy snack how about cottage cheese and some chopped up veggies? It's crunchy as chips, you can close your eyes and prettend LOL
